1 can Black Eyed Peas (rinsed and drained)
1 can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can(24oz) Diced tomatoes -drained or 1 1/2 cups fresh tomatoes
1 can white corn (whole kernel)-drained
1 can yellow corn (whole kernel)-drained
1 red bell pepper diced
1 med. red onion diced
Fresh Cilantro *optional
Jalapenos *optional
1 Sm-Med Bottle of Italian Salad Dressing
Combine all ingredients together and allow to sit overnight. Serve with Big Scoop Corn Chips
